Redmond is a city in Deschutes County, Oregon.  Located in the High Desert the city is on the eastern side of Oregon's Cascade Mountain Range.  The Climate is semi-arid with mild winters and warm summers.  The city offers extensive programs through its parks and recreation department including sports leagues, swimming, and various classes.  Mountain bikers will enjoy the single track 13 mile Juniper Trailhead loop and Road bikers will appreciate the long stretches of highway.  The city is also home to the Redmond Municipal Airport which is serviced by several major airlines.
